Sinopec Zhanjiang Petrochemical’s has taken off-stream its polypropylene (PP) plant.

A Polymerupdate source in China informed that the company has taken off-stream its PP plant in early October 2015 for maintenance turnaround. The plant is planned remain off-line till end-November 2015.

Located at Zhanjiang, Guangdong province in China, the PP plant has a production capacity of 140,000 mt/year. Currently, the plant is shut.
