CEPSA Chemical (Shanghai) is in plans to commence commercial production at a new phenol plant.

A Polymerupdate source in China informed that the plant is planned to be started in April 2015.

Located in Shanghai, China, the plant has a phenol production capacity of 250,000 mt/year.
